Collection: Ostomy Pouches

An ostomy pouch (often called an ostomy bag or appliance) is a medical-grade, waterproof pouch worn on the abdomen to collect body waste (stool or urine). It is used after surgery—such as a colostomy, ileostomy, or urostomy—that redirects the body's waste through a small opening in the skin called a stoma.

Because a stoma does not have muscles to control when waste is released, the pouch provides a secure and hygienic way to manage output throughout the day.
