HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We understand how confusing shipping costs can be.  Therefore, we have a flat rate shipping policy on our supplies.  This flat rate shipping applies to those orders in the Continental United States.  The flat shipping rate of $12.50 applies to soft supplies only.  Unless it is an over-sized or over-weight item, free shipping over $250.00.  If you are outside this area or need special arrangements, you will need to call or email our customer service representatives at service@rjmedicalsupply.com and they will be happy to provide you with an estimated shipping charge.

Most order placed by 1:00 PM CST (Mon-Fri, except holidays) will be normally shipped the same business day.  Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.We can offer expedited shipping on most items for an additional charge. You will need to call or email one of our customer service representatives at service@rjmedicalsupply.com and we will be happy to help you with that request.

*Please note that shipping is a pass-through cost from our supplier. That means it CANNOT be refunded if you change your mind on your order.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased.

 

All returns will be charged a restocking fee and require an RMA (Return Material Authorization). All returns must be returned in original packaging and must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased.

 

We are unable to accept returns on certain products due to health reasons. These items include, but are not limited to, underwear, pillows, toilet seats, oral products, etc. If an item has been opened or used, it also is not returnable. Returns will not be accepted on special-order items, insulin pumps, or items that have had seals broken. Medline will not accept any returns for products under $30.00. Invacare will not accept any returns for products that have been assembled or used.

Vaccine

DO YOU BILL INSURANCE?

We do not have any type of relationship with insurance companies and do not bill insurance companies. By remaining independent of insurance companies, we can maintain persistently low prices for our customers.  That is not to say that you can't get reimbursed.  We do e-mail the order receipt to every customer once the order is placed online. From there, the customer can use this invoice to submit it to the provider for reimbursement.  Of course, we can't guarantee reimbursement because that is between the customer and the provider.
